Deborah has been in the Health Care field for 17 years; specifically, in the health insurance sector. Throughout her career she worked with individuals on long term disability and geriatrics, where she observed an ineffective “one size fits all” approach to pain management that did not necessarily prove to be successful in every case. This sparked an interest in researching an alternative approach to pain management. As a former dedicated runner she endured knee and back injuries which have improved through the holistic practices of Massage Therapy and Ayurveda. This inspired her to complete her certification in Massage Therapy and continue pursuing her education to become an Ayurvedic practitioner at the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Deborah’s dream is to engage communities to expand their knowledge and approach to health and wellness.

Lupita has worked in the medical field for over 10 years. Gaining experience in different settings, including rehab, gave her a better appreciation of the importance of self-care and its role in disease prevention. In 2021 Lupita became a licensed massage therapist, and a certified neuromuscular therapist in 2022. She is a graduate of the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, California, where she received extensive training in neuromuscular therapy, along with many other restorative techniques. Even though Lupita focuses on soft tissue injury recovery, improving range of motion, and chronic pain management; she also loves caring for those seeking relaxation, stress management, balance, and renewal. With every client she creates an individualized session to best meet their specific needs and goals. Lupita firmly believes anyone can achieve a better quality of life through the power of therapeutic touch.
