Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations: A full refund may be issued if cancellation is within 24 hours of appointment time. If cancellation is less than 24 hours of the appointment time, half of the session fee will be returned. ​ - With more than 24 hours notice you always have the option to reschedule. ​ - If cancellation is less than 24 hours of your appointment you will incur a $25 late fee. Appointment Transfers: Transferring your appointment time to someone else is always available at no additional cost if arranged within 6 hours of your scheduled time, as long as they are no more than 5 miles from your location or the masseur's next appointment. ​ - The option to either (1) reschedule your appointment for an additional $25, or (2) transfer the same appointment time to someone else is always available at no additional cost, as long as they are no more than 5 miles from your location or the masseurs next appointment.
