BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

Bookings

All mobile bookings  must be within 25 miles of the Greater Los Angeles area.

 

Private residences are preferred. Other acceptable locations may include hotels, offices, or event spaces, but must be discussed and approved by your massage therapist prior to the appointment. All locations must have access to running water and restroom facilities. Should the space be deemed unsuitable for proper setup, cleanliness, or safety, the massage therapist may (1) postpone or cancel the service, and (2) retain $50 of the session fee for the inconvenience.

Cancellations (refunds & transfers)

For Cancellations: A full refund may be issued if cancellation is within 24 hours of appointment time. If cancellation is less than 24 hours of the appointment time, half of the session fee will be returned.

- With more than 24 hours notice of the appointment you always have the option to reschedule.

- If cancellation is less than 24 hours of your appointment you will incur a $25 late fee.

 

Appointment Transfers: Transferring your appointment time to someone else is always available at no additional cost if arranged within 6 hours of your scheduled time, as long as they are no more than 5 miles from your location or the masseur's next appointment.
